Canceling
Canceling any current project for any reason, means putting your project on hold for five days. After the five day period your project will be completely deleted from our records as well as your personal and billing information.
Refund Policy
Deposits: Because all our work is produced specifically for each customer, and / or because we use the deposit to pay for the project's initial expenses and dedicated time, refunds are not available. All fees paid upfront are non-refundable.
Final / Closing Payments: are refundable within two days only in the unlikely case the project did not meet the client's needs & requirements.
